Grills & Outdoor Cooking Tips

1. Clean Environment:

Thoroughly clean the surface where food will be before heading to the grid. Do not bring food from the refrigerator until is ready to cook. Keep raw meat covered to protect from dust, flies and other insects and make sure you have different boards for raw and cooked foods, never use the same cutting board for raw meat and grilled meat. Make sure that there is no ashes in the bottom of the last barbecue grill not to contaminate food and finally wipe the grills well.

2. Buy

This tip goes for utensils, as much for the food. Quality and sharp  knives and obviously a good grill are fundamental to prepare any dish. Keep sleepers, planks, plastic and wood by hand, and long forks and spatulas to handle the food on the barbecue.

There is a huge variety of grills and cooking utensils for sale online. I suggest visiting Amazon and spend some time reading customer rewiews. We're more sure about what we get for our money.

3. Preheated  Grill

If you are using charcoal on the barbecue, let the fire taking 10-15 minutes with the grill inside, with that she will ever get hot and the temperature of the coals will be in the right spot. Be sure to push the coals to all corners so that the grid is uniformly hot. Use a small piece of chicken breast as a test piece before placing the prime beef on the grill.

4. Seasoning

For some types of meats like loins, it is recommended to season last night with lemon or vinegar to break down the meat fibers and become softer and also add other seasonings to give it more flavor.

5. Controlling coocking

The best tip has already been given to cook on the grill method was 60/40 allowing 60% of cooking time on one side and then turns to the remaining 40%. Remember to turn the food on the grill to get grill marks.
